Walkable City by Jeff Speck. I think I know the value of walking and grabbing your coffee while you are commuting your home to the office more than anybody. This book is sharing so much stats about why walkable cities not just only save people also cities. I lived around 4 years US’s #2 Walkable City San Francisco till last year. San Francisco is I believe the closest “European Standard” in the USA. Still… Anyway, If you are stuck in suburbia and add some walk in your daily routine check out this book.
Billion Dollar Whale by Tom Wright & Bradley Hope. After reading this book, you can easily understand so much “money” in the world. So many places either cleaning or distributing it. Jho Low is definitely a character. We will definitely see this book as a movie very soon. Book sounds to me so much The Wolf of Wall Street while reading then you will discover Jho and his fund actually invested and produced that movie (LOL). This is a book about how government funds in the Middle East and Asia structure, royal and elite families and global party scenes, billion-dollar heist, and many more. “For sure, he enjoyed partying, and he liked having pretty women around, but more than anything this was an investment, one that made him appear successful and indispensable.”(My highlight)
IT’S ALL IN YOUR HEAD by Russ. Russ is not a typical rapper. He is a hustler plus self-motivator plus a very successful businessman. He released 10+ Albums before he climbed the ladder of success. He was pretty much invisible. Before this book, never heard his name or listened to his music. His book apparently turned Instant Best Seller. He is very to the point and sharing his life stories with short and sweet motivational quotes. Definitely an interesting read. Already started to follow him IG. My favorite song of Russ “ What they want”. Check out “My confidence, or cockiness (whatever you want to call it), isn’t fueled by a sense of superiority and it isn’t based on my success. Yes, I believe I’m great, but I believed that when I was a kid making shitty music in my basement—that’s how I got to where I am today. I’m successful because I am confident, not the other way around. (My highlight)
