Human lives are unpredictable. We don’t know what’s going to happen to us any moment. No guarantee, no sureness! Life is full of last minute surprises. Be prepared for anything, anytime.
Better experience
Better experience comes with better people. How do we find better people?
-
Be better at what you are doing.
-
Know what you are looking for!
Lifelong goals
Why do you do what are you doing?
What’s your life-long goals?
More money or more fame? Do you think you can win this game ?
Those are all others game. Your game is to rediscover every 2-3 years and never settle what you have. Never work for money or fame. Work for impact or change.
We are all dying
We are all dying; some of us just die sooner than others. Instead of worrying or crying why is my friend/wife/husband or dog gone? just remember those who passed away with good memories and enjoy your time in this universe as much as you can.
At the end of the day, we are here in this world to discover our inner nature and your time is yours. Keep learning, keep trying new things…
Glen de Vries
I saw Glen de Vries first time on Twitter with the crew who were preparing to Space with Blue Origin. He was one of “space tourists” and flew along with William Shatner aka Captain Kirk a month ago
I didn’t check who was Glen at that time and I thought he is one of Bezos’s buddies. Today, I came across the news Glen died in a plane crash a couple of days ago. Life is weird.

We are devastated to hear of the sudden passing of Glen de Vries. He brought so much life and energy to the entire Blue Origin team and to his fellow crewmates. His passion for aviation, his charitable work, and his dedication to his craft will long be revered and admired.

I did a search about who he was and why he was into space and found out this video. He was super excited for the future and shared what’s next for him…
Instead of waiting, buy a book!
Yesterday I was waiting for my mobile order coffee at Philz. My regular visit to the store mostly takes 20-40 seconds. My coffee sits there and waits for me. But yesterday, it took more than supposed to be, and I had almost 20 minutes to kill the time moment. What I did it?
I started to look around the people at the coffee shop who was waiting and try to analyze what’s going on with them( btw this is kind of my hobby -people watching and making a guess who they are and what they do for a living etc.) Long story short, I saw one guy who was reading a book, and he was almost half of the book. Without a blink, I purchased the book’s Kindle version and started to read it.
I never heard the name of the book but something interesting to me. It’s pretty much how the banking industry, consumer credits, the stock market evolved from the 1900s to the latest days. After I had my coffee, I went to my guy’s table and said, “ Thank you for reading this book, really enjoyed so far what I had read.” He got happy and said he got a recommendation from his friend to read this book.
As I always say, the books are cheap and used one even cheaper. The next time, instead of waiting in line and doing nothing buy a book and start to read it 🙂
Pale faces
Whatever you do & accomplish, it’s hard to impress others if it’s your end goal. These pale faces stuck their minds those old goals/ideas.
Isn’t it too obvious?
Yeah, some things are super obvious to you but doesn’t make same sense to others. Those your truth and beliefs. Not theirs! That’s why what’s so obvious to you.
Full potential
I hope everyone can have the luxury to think from time to time, “Am I doing something to help and involve me to reach my full potential?”
A minimal amount of people are born with great starting in their life. Most of us struggled/hustled where we are these days. Still, our current place is another’s starting point. Things take time, and most of us never ever hit our full performance.
We are playing others’ games. But we forget this game already finished by “others.” What we are trying is just basically pleasing them to accept us in their club. That acceptance is a relatively mediocre outcome when we compare what we could achieve if we played our game.
Catch-up
I exchanged emails with some of my old customers and people I met early days of MobileAction. Most of them replied instantly. It feels great. I will definitely encourage you to make a list of people and reach out to them once or twice a year. You will be surprised what those outreaches will bring to you.
