Mentors can help you to change your perspective, maybe even your life. However, it is hard to find them every time you need them.

It was surprising for me when I first came to the states (13 years ago), people were drinking hot coffee with room temperature cream or cold milk (skim/2percent fat/whole)
Here is how it works:
You order coffee at Starbucks or somewhere else (even good restaurants or diners)
They ask, “Sir, do you want a room in your coffee?” (means do you want milk or cream? )
If you say “Yes.”
They bring you either cold milk with a cup (fancy places are still bringing cold milk with nicer cups). You pour cold milk into your hot coffee.
Mind-blowing! You are drinking hot coffee with cold milk. If you are going to drink cold coffee, just order a cold brew.
I want my coffee with hot milk (steam) milk. Can you do that for me?
I go mostly to the same hair salon. (It is kinda weird for dropping hair word the bald guy like me:) And, in most of the cases, the same hairdresser is taking care of me. My hair cut mostly takes 8-9 minutes. Maybe because of lack of hair or something else my hairdresser never takes care of me serious:) She does clean-cut and small talks a little bit and that’s it.
However, today she was busy and someone else took care of me. The new hairdresser did a great job also said “Sir, it looks like you come here every 2 weeks, let me do full zero your hair and you can save at least 1 more week.” I said thank you. After cut, she put on some fancy cream on my head and details cuts on my neck without any extra charge.
I know these treatments are might be default in your country or places but in California, these are too much for us. So, I really like these extra efforts and I tipped her almost 90% (Normally I do 25% )
I will never go to my old hairdresser. Because I know someone else is going to do her job way better than others and she takes her job very seriously it doesn’t matter who has hair or not:)
Last month I wrote an Infinite Game post and got so much great feedback and comments. Some of them actually want to collaborate with me. Later my friends told me why don’t we do this “digital art” as NFT Project. I said why not! Let’s give it a try!

I love difficult times. You might say, Is something wrong with you, Aykut? Not as far as I know:)
The reason I love problems and hard times is I’m learning new solutions and best practices which will be very handy for my future challenges. The more I know, more I’m ready to tackle any hardships.
I don’t really like the term 360°, especially if the marketers or agencies are using it.
Where do you see yourself as the best out of all your services?
If you pick 1 or 2 things, you would only do what will be those?
It is good to be known for one thing. Then if it is necessary, you can either forward them to other service providers or partners. I understand you might not want to lose the clients, but you are losing your creativity because of doing a zillion of things same time.
It’s impossible to stop the babies’s miserable situation. We can’t do anything to stop their situation. Sometimes they only cry.
