I feel that sleeping is still underrated. Every single of us might be heard: “ You don’t have to sleep too much” or “I’ll sleep when I die”.
I figure out good & quality of sleep can change your life. I almost read more than 50+ articles and a couple of books about sleep. My final takeaway you need to sleep a minimum of 8 hours of sleep to function your body and mind probably.
