I prefer walking meetings lately than sit down meetings. I like to walk and talk. It helps me a lot to rethink many aspects of life.
It is also a great stress relief exercise. They say if you want to make yourself happy, just walk around your house or neighborhood for 10-15 minutes.
Your mind needs walking more than your body. I feel my mind is cleaning all unnecessary pieces of stuff.
Best advice walk without listening to anything. Just listen to your mind and talk yourselves. If you don’t want to look funny while you are talking yourself, keep your headphones:) People think you are talking on the phone. (if you are still caring what others thinking about you)
